Parking is first come first served in our garage lot unless you have an assigned space, which may be available for an additional monthly fee. All vehicles must display current tags and comply with licensing and registration requirements. Motorcycles must be parked in designated vehicle spaces and follow the same rules.

Rock Creek at Ballantyne is not only pet friendly, but has a dog park, pet washing station on site and tons of walking and grassy areas! We allow up to two pets per apartment home and a variety of breeds are accepted. (Just check with us first.)
